Senior placement
Senior placement guidance that feels personal—not transactional.
We help families understand care options, narrow the search, confirm critical details, and coordinate the path toward a safer move.
A thoughtful search built around the whole person.
Senior living is not one-size-fits-all. We help families compare options by looking at daily care needs, mobility, memory and safety concerns, preferred location, budget, payment plan, family involvement, and the urgency of the transition.
Our goal is not to overwhelm you with dozens of names. We narrow the search to realistic options, verify important details, and help you move through tours, assessments, pricing, paperwork, and move-in planning.
Placement options may include
- Assisted living
- Memory care
- Licensed or residential group homes
- Independent living with supportive care
- Respite and short-term stays
- Higher-acuity options when available and appropriate
How placement is paid
Placement guidance is generally provided at no direct cost to families. Participating communities may compensate CB Senior Home Care & Placement after a successful move-in.
We will explain this clearly. Our role is to help identify appropriate options; final acceptance, pricing, availability, and care capability are determined by each community.
What we verify before recommending an option.
Care fit
Mobility and transfers, one- or two-person assistance, memory needs, behaviors, oxygen, wounds, incontinence, feeding support, and other important considerations.
Financial fit
Base rent, care charges, one-time fees, room type, payment source, and whether the plan is realistic beyond the first month.
Timing and logistics
Current availability, assessment timing, required documents, pharmacy or equipment coordination, and earliest confirmed move-in date.
